3 Months Old!
Thomas is now 3 months old! I can't believe how fast time is going by!Stats - 25 1/2 inches long, 16 lbs
(Yes, he is a big baby! Can't tell you how many times I have said that!!)
This month he has started to slobber on his hands. He is also blowing bubbles. His laugh is so cute. Jeff sits with him on the couch every night and they have a great conversation. Thomas is very talkative at night. I just love watching the two of them!

Wow - this past month has gone by very quickly!!

Weight - 14 lbs 13 ozs
Length - 24.5 inches
Little things...
Thomas found his hands this month. He likes to clasp them together and watch them. He is still a very happy baby and smiles all the time.

It's a small world...
I just had to share this since most of the people I meet say they have never met anyone from South Dakota.
1 - When we found out we were moving to Hawaii, I learned that a lady that graduated from Alcester High School a year after me lived there too! Alcester boasts a population of about 800 people. What are the chances!!
2 - Our neighbors are from South Dakota!
3 - I bought a dresser from a lady at Schofield Barracks. She was from South Dakota!
4 - Jeff's boat is getting a new Ensign. Yep - he is from South Dakota!
5 - Jeff works with a guy whose Aunt is from South Dakota AND works with Jeff's sister!!
See - there are lots of people from South Dakota :)

Thomas is One Month Old!
Hard to believe that our little boy is already one month old! Time is going too fast. I'm trying to enjoy every moment with him and remember all the little things.
Nicknames - His pediatrian called him "Haus" (I think that is how you spell it??). Jeff used to call him "Little Man", now he calls him "Slim". The girls and I call him "Buddy".
Songs and Rhymes - Amelia likes to say the nursery rhyme "Tom, Tom the Piper's Son". She changed it to: Tom, Tom the Piper's Son, sticking out his little tongue. Cute! Thomas likes it when I sing "You are My Sunshine".
Smiles - He started doing "real" smiles at 4 weeks old. Amelia says that his smiles cover his whole face! They are the cutest smiles ever! Today we were playing with a squeaky yellow duck. He loved it and had the biggest smiles!
Sleeping - He must have an internal alarm clock! For the past couple weeks, he wakes up at 1:30am and 4:30am. It is weird that he wakes up at the same times every night. I'll take it though since I'm getting more sleep!
Talking - Thomas has started cooing, grunting and making other noises. I'm in love with his cooing!
Little things - Thomas' bottom lip quivers frequently. He's not cold - he just does it a lot. It is too cute! He loves his bath (most of the time). His eyelashes are finally growing in! He loves to cuddle on my shoulder (and so do I!). He won't lay on Jeff's shoulder. He loves the swing. He hates the car seat (he is getting better about it though). His cries sometimes sound like a cat being tortured...lol! He always spits up within minutes of being put in the car seat!
